INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 125g nagaimo, diced into 1cm cubes
- 60g okra, sliced into 1cm pieces
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
STEPS
Dice nagaimo into 1cm cubes. Rub okra with salt and rinse under water. Remove stems and slice into 1cm pieces.
Place okra in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let cool.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add nagaimo and okra, then toss to coat evenly.
Serve in a dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
