- 100g mizuna, chopped
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Dressing
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain well. Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces after removing the roots.
