- 🥔 2 potatoes

- 🥛 1/2 tbsp milk
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
STEPS
Peel the potatoes completely and remove any blemishes.
Clean the pumpkin thoroughly using baking soda and vinegar.
Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds using a spoon.
Slice the pumpkin into quarters or smaller pieces.
Place the pumpkin and potatoes in a microwave-safe steaming container.
Microwave on high for 8 minutes, adjusting time based on your microwave's power.
Mash the cooked pumpkin and potatoes while still warm.
Add salt and pepper to the mashed mixture.
Mix in 2 eggs and 1/2 tbsp milk.
Grease the inside of a microwave-safe container with olive oil.
