INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g lettuce
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Condiments
- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
- to taste shredded nori
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water and drain well. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove the pit from the umeboshi and mash it with a knife.
In a bowl, mix the mashed umeboshi with the ☆ seasonings. Add the lettuce and wakame, and toss lightly to combine.
Serve on a plate and top with shredded nori.
