    • 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Trim any wilted parts of the chives and cut them into 4-5 cm pieces. Wash thoroughly under running water.

Slice half an onion thinly. This adds crunch and enhances texture.

Prepare the seasoning by mixing 3 tbsp red pepper flakes, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil. Optionally, add 1 tbsp plum extract for extra flavor.

In a bowl, combine the sliced onion and drained chives. Add 2/3 of the prepared seasoning and mix gently.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and mix lightly. Serve immediately.
