INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥕 100g carrot, julienned
- 125g konnyaku, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Julienne the carrot into 4cm strips and slice the konnyaku into thin strips, halving the length.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the konnyaku for 1–2 minutes.
Add sesame oil and carrot to the pan, stir-frying until the carrot softens.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the liquid is almost gone.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds and mix well before serving.
