    • 200g mustard greens
    • 1 pack enoki mushrooms
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
    • 2g bonito flakes

Cut the mustard greens into 3cm pieces and trim the enoki mushrooms, then divide them into smaller portions.

Boil water in a pot, add enoki mushrooms, and cook for about 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Bring the water back to a boil, add mustard greens, and cook for about 1 minute. Immediately transfer to cold water and drain.

In a bowl, mix the mentsuyu, enoki mushrooms, and mustard greens together.

Serve in a dish and sprinkle bonito flakes on top.
