INGREDIENTS
Mushroom
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil for cooking
Vegetable
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped scallions
Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- A pinch of grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
STEPS
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Mix chopped scallions and all ☆ seasonings in a bowl to create the scallion ponzu sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and arrange maitake mushrooms. Press occasionally with a spatula and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
Plate the cooked maitake mushrooms and drizzle with the scallion ponzu sauce.
