- 🍇 10 seedless grapes

- 1 bag baby leaf greens
- 🌰 20g walnuts
Dressing
- 1 tbsp vinegar

- Pinch of pepper
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Cut the grapes in half. Slice the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized pieces. Crush the walnuts into small pieces.
Soak the baby leaf greens in water for 5 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
Mix the dressing ingredients (vinegar, salt, pepper, honey, olive oil) in a bowl. Add the grapes and mozzarella cheese, mix well, and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Arrange the baby leaf greens, grapes, and mozzarella cheese on a plate. Drizzle the remaining dressing over and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
