INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 1 burdock root (150g), julienned
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiment
- 1 cod roe, inner contents extracted
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Julienne the burdock root and soak it in water to remove bitterness. Drain thoroughly. Cut open the cod roe and extract the inner contents.
Boil water in a pot, add vinegar, and cook the burdock root for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly.
In a bowl, mix the burdock root, cod roe, and mayonnaise until evenly combined. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
