STEPS
Cut the mushrooms in half and slice the garlic thinly, removing the core.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes until the color changes.
Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes until softened. Mix in salt and pepper and stir briefly.
