Broth
- 300ml anchovy stock
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack soft tofu

Seasoning

STEPS
Boil 300ml anchovy stock in a pot.
Drain the soft tofu and prepare it for cooking.
Beat 3 eggs evenly in a bowl.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing chopped green onion, chili pepper, sesame seeds, and perilla oil in a small bowl.
Add the soft tofu, minced garlic, and fermented shrimp to the boiling stock.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pot and stir lightly.
