    • 6 frozen dumplings
    • 30g vermicelli
    • 1/2 pack pea shoots
    • 🌽 2 tbsp canned corn
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • đź’§ 500cc water
  • Toppings

    • 🌰 to taste white sesame seeds
    • a pinch black pepper

STEPS

Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them into thirds.

In a pot, add the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Add vermicelli, breaking it in half, and cook covered over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Add frozen dumplings to the pot, cover, and cook for another 3 minutes. Then add pea shoots and canned corn, cooking until boiling.

Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and black pepper.
