INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Soup Base
- đź’§ 500cc water
- 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Season the beef with salt and pepper. Cut the chives into 4cm pieces and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add the soup base ingredients to the pot. Bring to a boil, skim off any foam, and add the cherry tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 5–6 minutes.
Add the bean sprouts and chives. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
