    • 🐟 100g kanpachi (amberjack)
  • Vegetables

    • 1/2 bag mizuna
    • 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
    • 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion

    • 3 wonton wrappers
    • 4 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauce

    • 🍬 2 tsp sugar
    • 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut mizuna into 3cm pieces. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.

Finely chop the green onion. Cut wonton wrappers in half, then into 5mm strips.

Thinly slice the kanpachi.

Mix the sauce ingredients (☆) and green onion in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry wonton strips over medium heat until golden brown. Arrange mizuna, kanpachi, cherry tomatoes, and wonton strips on a plate. Drizzle with the sauce.
