INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 90g strong flour
- 90g weak flour
- 10g baking powder
- 🍬 33g sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 40g butter
- 🥛 66g milk
- 🥚 1 egg

- 🍒 20g dried cranberries
STEPS
Sift strong flour, weak flour, baking powder, and sugar together. Add butter and cut into small pieces using a scraper.
Mix until the mixture becomes crumbly.
Combine egg and milk, then add to the dry mixture. Mix gently using a spatula in a cutting motion.
Add dried cranberries and mix until the dough comes together.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and perform a three-fold process three times.
Cut the dough into shapes using a cutter.
Place the scones on a baking tray.
Brush the tops with milk or egg wash.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
