STEPS

Chop the green onion into small pieces.

Shred the crab sticks into small pieces by hand.

Prepare 300g of cooked rice.

Beat the egg thoroughly with chopsticks.

Measure 2/3 tbsp of oyster sauce.

Heat a wok and add 1-2 tbsp of cooking oil over low heat.
