INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 2 frozen udon noodles
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 shiso leaves, julienned
Fish
- 🐟 1 can (190g) miso-flavored saba
Seasonings
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🌰 3 tbsp ground white sesame
- Pinch of Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 400 ml water
STEPS
Thinly slice the cucumber, julienne the shiso leaves, and flake the saba from the can.
Place the frozen udon in a microwave-safe container and heat according to package instructions (600W). Rinse with cold water and drain.
In a bowl, mix the flaked saba, seasonings (☆), and cucumber. Serve the cold broth over the udon noodles and garnish with shiso leaves.
