INGREDIENTS
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 cup julienned carrot
- đź§… 1/2 cup julienned onion
- đź§„ 2 cloves sliced garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Seafood
- 1 cup clams
Staple
- 1 serving udon noodles
STEPS
Boil 1 cup of clams in water until they open. Remove the clam meat and save the broth.
Julienne the carrot and onion, slice the garlic, and chop the green onion.
Cook udon noodles in boiling water until 80% done. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Heat a pan and add chili oil. Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.
Add udon noodles, soy sauce, clam meat, carrot, and onion to the pan. Stir-fry until combined.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, corn syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry until the sauce coats the noodles evenly.
Serve the clam stir-fried udon hot.
