INGREDIENTS
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Fish
- 1 can tuna (70g)
Vegetable
- 100g chingensai (bok choy)
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 100ml water
STEPS
Cut the chingensai into stems and leaves. Slice stems into 3cm pieces and cut leaves into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
In a pot, combine the onion and seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water). Cover and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the tuna and chingensai stems to the pot. Cover and cook until the stems become tender.
Add the chingensai leaves and cook briefly. Pour the beaten egg over the mixture, cover, and simmer for 1 minute.
