INGREDIENTS
Main
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 1 pack natto
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
- 1 tbsp tempura flakes
Sauce
- 1 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- đź’§ 3 tbsp water
STEPS
Julienne the cucumber into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix natto and chopped green onion.
In a separate bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and mix well.
Microwave the frozen udon noodles as per package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.
Arrange the noodles in a serving bowl, top with cucumber, natto mixture, tempura flakes, and pour the sauce over.
