INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 🌰 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- đź§… Chopped green onion as needed
- Vegetable oil for frying
Sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and marinate with sake, soy sauce, grated garlic, and salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
Mix gochujang, mayonnaise, vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the sauce.
Coat the marinated chicken with potato starch and toasted sesame seeds.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C and deep-fry the chicken for 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Serve with the sauce and garnish with chopped green onion.
