Cauliflower and Sausage Mustard Stir-fry

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
    • 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 2 tsp grain mustard
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper

Separate the cauliflower into small florets and cut them in half. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.

Slice the sausages diagonally into 1cm thick pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and stir-fry until slightly browned, then add the cauliflower and stir-fry briefly.

Add mayonnaise and grain mustard to the pan, stir-fry to combine, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
