- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 4 pieces cream cheese (18g each)

- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Trim the cabbage core, cut in half, wrap in plastic, and microwave on a heatproof plate at 600W for 1 minute. Let cool.
Julienne the cucumber. Cut the cream cheese and salmon into 4 equal vertical strips each.
Place cucumber, salmon, and cream cheese evenly on each cabbage leaf. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then roll tightly. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve. Optionally sprinkle with more pepper.
