  • Fish

    • 240g buri fillets
  • Coating

    • Potato starch as needed
  • Oil

    • Salad oil as needed
  • Marinade

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • Salt Lemon Sauce

    • 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pepper to taste
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • đź§„ 1 clove minced garlic

Mince the garlic.

Mix all ingredients for the salt lemon sauce in a bowl.

Cut the buri fillets into bite-sized pieces.

Combine marinade ingredients in a tray and coat the buri pieces. Let them marinate for 5 minutes, then pat dry and coat with potato starch.

Heat salad oil to 170°C in a frying pan and deep-fry the buri pieces until golden brown.
