INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍝 130g dried spaghetti
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp katsuobushi sauce
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
Toppings
- ĺťšćžś A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1/4 sheet of seaweed
- đź§… 3 stalks of green onion, chopped
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- A suitable amount of tempura flakes
STEPS
Separate the egg yolk from the white. Finely chop the green onions and cut the seaweed into small strips using scissors. Mix 2 tablespoons of katsuobushi sauce with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to prepare the sauce.
Cook the spaghetti until soft (not al dente). Rinse under cold water and cool completely.
Place the cooked spaghetti in a bowl, pour the prepared sauce over the noodles, and top with sesame seeds, seaweed strips, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and tempura flakes.
