INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 2 frozen udon noodles
Seafood
- 🦪 1 can (180g) clams in water
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1/2 pack pea shoots, cut into 3cm
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of sliced red chili
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Slice green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Cut pea shoots into 3cm lengths. Separate clams from their canned juice.
Place frozen udon noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for the time specified on the package.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add red chili and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Then add green onion, pea shoots, and clams, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the canned clam juice and cooked udon noodles to the pan. Stir-fry everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
