INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🍅 1 tomato
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion (green part)
- đź§… 1/4 stalk white onion
- 1 piece ginger
- 2 tbsp sake
Sauce
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp white sesame paste
- 2 tbsp chicken broth
STEPS
Finely chop the white onion and ginger.
Remove the skin from the chicken breast.
Place the chicken in a pot, cover with water, add sake and green onion (green part), and heat over medium. Once boiling, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and let cool. Reserve 2 tbsp of the broth for the sauce.
Julienne the cucumber and slice the tomato into thin pieces after removing the core.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl, including the reserved chicken broth.
Arrange the tomato and cucumber on a plate, shred the chicken into large pieces, and place on top.
Pour the sauce over the dish right before serving.
