Wrapper
- 4 spring roll wrappers
Fish
- 140g canned mackerel (drained)
Vegetables
- 🥬 60g spring cabbage
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms (60g)
- 4 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Salt to taste
- 1 tsp miso
- đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
Binding
- 🌾 Flour as needed

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Finely chop the spring cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, and shiso leaves.
In a bowl, mix the canned mackerel, chopped vegetables, and all seasoning ingredients (miso, soy sauce, grated ginger, sugar, and salt).
Lay out a spring roll wrapper and place a portion of the filling near one edge. Roll tightly, sealing the edges with a mixture of flour and water.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Lightly brush the surface with oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
