    • 3 tbsp soy sauce

    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • đź’§ 2 cups water

Slice potatoes thickly and chop the onion.

Mash the spam lightly in a plastic bag, leaving some chunks.

Prepare the sauce by mixing all seasonings except water: 1/3 tbsp doenjang, 1 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 2 tbsp mirin.

Place potatoes and onion in a pot and pour the sauce over them.

Add 2 cups of water and place the mashed spam on top.

Add green onions on top and turn on the heat to bring to a boil.

Once boiling, stir lightly, cover, and simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

Cook until potatoes are tender and the sauce thickens.
