- 🥓 10 strips bacon, sliced

- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice

STEPS
Slice 10 strips of bacon into 1 cm thickness and dice 1/2 onion.
Whisk 3 eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and scramble them in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Save the rendered bacon fat.
Using the bacon fat, sauté the diced onion until translucent.
Add 2 cups of cooked rice, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked bacon and scrambled eggs to the rice mixture. Stir-fry briefly to combine.
