INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 1 slice (120g) salmon
Vegetables
- 40g komatsuna
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Processed Foods
- 20g fried tofu
Liquid
- 💧 350cc water
- 50cc amazake
Seasoning
- 2/3 tsp dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso
STEPS
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the vegetables: cut the komatsuna into bite-sized pieces, trim and separate the shimeji mushrooms, and wipe excess oil from the fried tofu before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add dashi powder, amazake, and the prepared ingredients. Simmer over medium-low heat for 4–5 minutes until cooked through.
Reduce to low heat and dissolve miso into the soup. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
