  • Meat

    • 🥩 150g thinly sliced beef for shabu-shabu
  • Vegetables

    • 🌱 4 stalks asparagus
    • 1 pack kaiware sprouts
    • 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
  • Dressing

    • đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper

STEPS

Peel the bottom half of the asparagus stalks with a peeler and trim the ends. Cut diagonally into 5 pieces. Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Boil water in a frying pan, add asparagus, and cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Remove and drain. In the same pan, spread the beef slices and cook until the color changes. Remove and drain.

Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.

Arrange asparagus, beef, kaiware sprouts, and cherry tomatoes on a plate. Drizzle with the dressing.
