INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 🧅 2 handfuls green onion, sliced
Protein
- 🧈 300g tofu, cubed
- 1-2 pollack roe, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
Broth
- 💧 1000ml water
- 1 broth pack
STEPS
Add 1000ml water and 1 broth pack to a pot. Boil for 10-15 minutes.
Slice 1/2 zucchini into half-moon shapes.
Cube 300g tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Slice 1-2 pollack roe into small pieces.
Slice 1 green chili for a spicy kick.
Remove the broth pack from the pot and add zucchini and 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp fish sauce to the pot.
Boil on high heat until zucchini begins to soften, then add tofu and pollack roe.
Once pollack roe is cooked, add sliced green chili and boil for another 1-2 minutes.
Add sliced green onion and cook until softened.
