INGREDIENTS

- 🥓 70g block bacon
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini (85g), sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Chili slices, to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Slice zucchini into 7mm rounds. Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut block bacon into 1cm cubes. Slice boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili slices, and salt over low heat until fragrant. Add bacon, octopus, and zucchini, then simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes.
