    • 🥒 1/2 zucchini (100g), sliced

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Thickening Agent

    • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Liquid Base

    • đź’§ 300ml water
  • White Sauce

    • 🥛 300ml milk
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
  • Toppings

    • đź§€ 60g pizza cheese
    • Chopped parsley, a pinch

STEPS

Slice zucchini into 1cm pieces and thinly slice the onion.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté shrimp, zucchini, and onion over medium heat until the onion softens.

Sprinkle flour into the pan and stir until no raw flour remains. Add water and bring to a boil. Mix in macaroni and cover, cooking on low heat for the time indicated on the macaroni package.

Add milk, salt, and pepper, and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.

Divide the mixture into heatproof containers, top with pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle parsley before serving.
