INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini (85g), sliced
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms (50g), trimmed
Liquid
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
Marinade
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
- đź§€ Grated cheese, as needed
- Black pepper, to taste
STEPS
Slice the zucchini thinly and trim the shimeji mushrooms, separating them.
Place the shimeji mushrooms in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain excess water.
Mix soy sauce and olive oil in a bowl. Add zucchini and shimeji mushrooms, mixing well. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to marinate.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle grated cheese and black pepper on top.
