- 1 zucchini, sliced into 7mm pieces
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes

- 2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder

STEPS
Cut the zucchini into 7mm slices and mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add minced garlic, and stir until fragrant. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add zucchini to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Add sake and curry powder, mixing until well combined and the liquid evaporates. Add cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the tomato skins burst.
