    • 20g vermicelli
    • 50g enoki mushroom
    • 🥕 50g carrot
    • 10g bottled zha cai
    • 1/2 tbsp dried seaweed
    • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  • Seasonings

    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder

STEPS

Prepare all ingredients by washing and slicing the carrot and enoki mushrooms. Soak the dried seaweed in water for 5 minutes.

In a pot, bring 350cc of water to a boil. Add the chicken broth powder and soy sauce, stirring to dissolve.

Add the vermicelli, carrot, enoki mushrooms, zha cai, and hydrated seaweed to the pot. Cook for 3–5 minutes until the vermicelli is tender.

Serve the soup hot, garnished with white sesame seeds.
