    • 2 tsp potato starch
    • 1 tsp yuzu pepper
  • Soup Base

    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • Garnish

    • đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
    • White sesame seeds, as needed

STEPS

Slice 5cm of green onion thinly and mince the rest. Mince the shiitake mushrooms.

In a bowl, mix ground chicken, minced green onion, shiitake mushrooms, egg yolk, and seasonings until sticky. Shape into balls.

Place meatballs in a microwave-safe container, drizzle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.

In a bowl, mix soup base ingredients, microwave uncovered at 600W for 2 minutes. Add meatballs, cover loosely, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Serve with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
