Yuzu Kosho Pork Rolls with Pea Shoots and Bean Sprouts

    • 6 slices thinly sliced pork (100g)
  • Vegetables

    • 1 pack pea shoots (250g)
    • 100g bean sprouts
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 2 tsp yuzu kosho

Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them in half.

In a bowl, mix sake and half of the yuzu kosho (1 tsp).

Lay out each slice of pork, spread the sake-yuzu kosho mixture on it, and place a portion of pea shoots and bean sprouts (1/6 of the total) on the edge. Roll tightly. Repeat to make 6 rolls.

Place the rolls in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5-6 minutes. Serve on a plate and top with the remaining yuzu kosho.
