INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 1/2 piece yurine
Egg
- 🥚 3 eggs
Cheese
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Dairy
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter
STEPS
Peel yurine in water, clean it, and cut large pieces into 2cm cubes. Boil yurine for 2 minutes and drain.
In a bowl, mix eggs, pizza cheese, milk, salt, and pepper. Gently fold in the boiled yurine.
Heat butter in a small frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, and stir. Cover and cook on low heat for 3–5 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the omelette and cook for another 2 minutes on low heat.
