  • Vegetables

    • 2 handfuls yeolmu (young radish greens)
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp chopped green onion
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Blanch yeolmu in boiling water for about 2 minutes. You can cut the yeolmu before blanching or after blanching for convenience.

Rinse the blanched yeolmu in cold water and squeeze out excess water. Place it in a mixing bowl.

Add doenjang, chopped green onion, minced garlic, sugar, and sesame oil to the bowl. Mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning with more doenjang or salt if needed.

Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve and enjoy!
