INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 handful young radish kimchi
- 1 serving somen noodles
- 🥚 1/2 boiled egg
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper powder
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Mix all seasoning sauce ingredients together to create the bibim sauce (gochujang, red pepper powder, sugar, plum extract, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil).
Cut the young radish kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water and cook the noodles. When boiling, add half a cup of cold water, stir, and repeat twice. Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water.
Combine the noodles, kimchi, and bibim sauce. Add a drizzle of sesame oil and mix well. Plate and top with half a boiled egg.
