INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 🟩 1/2 sheet nori
Namul
- 50g komatsuna
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
Finishing
- 1 tsp yakiniku sauce
STEPS
Cook the rice and set aside.
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced pork until cooked.
Add yakiniku sauce to the pork and mix well.
Prepare the namul by blanching komatsuna, then season with salt, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds.
Assemble the bento by layering rice, pork, and nori. Add the prepared namul on the side.
Drizzle a small amount of yakiniku sauce on top for finishing.
