INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- đź§… 4 whole onions (800g)
Meat Filling
- 200g ground meat
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp medium-thick sauce
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Topping
- đź§€ 40g pizza cheese
- Pinch of chopped parsley
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Scoop out the inside of the onions with a spoon and finely chop the removed parts.
Mix the chopped onion with the ground meat, ketchup, sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the meat filling.
Stuff the hollowed onions evenly with the meat filling.
Place the stuffed onions on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes until the meat and onions are cooked through.
Sprinkle pizza cheese evenly over the onions and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
