Broth Ingredients
- 🐟 3 dried pollock
- 1 sheet kelp (5x5 cm)
- 🧅 1 green onion root
- Some onion peel
STEPS
Prepare the broth by boiling 700ml water with dried pollock, kelp, green onion root, and onion peel for 20 minutes. Remove kelp after 7-8 minutes to avoid bitterness.
Cut radish and pollock fillet into bite-sized pieces suitable for children.
Add radish, pollock fillet, and minced garlic to the boiling broth.
Season the soup with fermented shrimp paste, adding gradually to suit taste.
Boil the soup until all ingredients are cooked through.
Add chopped green onions and boil briefly before serving.
