    • đź§… 10 cm of green onion, sliced diagonally

    • 1 tbsp dried seaweed

    • 1/2 tbsp white dashi
    • 1 tbsp miso paste

    • 1/2 sheet fried tofu, cut into strips

Slice the green onion diagonally into 5mm pieces.

Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm strips.

Heat water in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, add the fried tofu and green onion. Cover and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add dried seaweed and white dashi, then dissolve the miso paste into the soup. Heat gently without boiling.
