INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 4 filleted sardines
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 thinly sliced onion
- 🥕 1/2 julienned carrot
- 1/4 diagonally sliced celery
Oil
- Adequate amount of salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Cut the sardines in half, season with salt and pepper, and let sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry and coat with flour.
Thinly slice the onion, julienne the carrot, and diagonally slice the celery after removing its strings.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl, then add the onion, carrot, and celery.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and pan-fry the sardines over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add them to the bowl with the vegetables and seasoning, mix lightly.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve on a plate.
