    • 🥩 150g sliced beef
    • 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
    • 🍶 2 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
  • Dressing

    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🌿 1 tsp wasabi
    • 2 tbsp olive oil

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and place them in a microwave-safe container.

Place the sliced beef on top of the cabbage, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds, or until the beef changes color.

Remove the plastic wrap, drain any excess liquid, and add the dressing ingredients. Mix well.

Add the cherry tomatoes and mix again. Serve warm.
